There are still some days to go until the own client contract tender closes on Friday 23 May at noon; but now is a good time to submit your tender as all the information you need is now available.
The SRA has published a guidance note for firms applying for own client and duty client contracts. It is particularly relevant to firms which may be considering mergers or delivering with partners.
The LAA has also published the final FAQs document which also has some useful information, particularly in relation to supervisor requirements.
