With effect from Monday, the LAA is changing its contact details for most civil work. After a two week transition period, the following emails will no longer work:
- legal.queries@legalaid.gsi.gov.uk
- means.queries@legalaid.gsi.gov.uk
- finance.queries@legalaid.gsi.gov.uk
- FGF-FAS.queries@legalaid.gsi.gov.uk
Instead, you should use ContactCivil@legalaid.gsi.gov.uk for all enquiries.
The LAA will expect you to add particular key words to the subject header to enable them to filter emails to the right department. This document explains the process.
