The LAA will be issuing version 11 of CRM14, CRM15, CRM15C and CRM16, due to the introduction of the new financial eligibility test in the Crown Court from 27 January 2014. You can find out more information and download preview forms here.
An initial stock of paper forms will be supplied except for CRM16, which will be available online.
There will also be a new version of the Criminal Legal Aid Manual (CLAM) incorporating the new eligibility test.
