Just a quick reminder that it will be advisable to submit monthly payment claims by 17 January.
On the 20th, the first tranche of the LAA’s new Client and Cost Management online system will go live. Whether or not you are in the first tranche, The LAA anticipates that its helpline will be very busy from the 20th and just in case you need support, it will be a good idea to get your usual monthly claim in early.
