This is a ‘must have’ as you are required to have either a hard copy or online access under the 2013 Standard Contract (clause 7.10). You can obtain it from Sweet and Maxwell. Crime practitioners need volume 1, civil and family practitioners need volumes 2 and 3 . It is useful, although such is the complexity of the legal aid scheme that it is not comprehensive.
