LSC publish contract amendments

The LSC have published the full set of contract amendments for 2010 civil contracts on their website. There are also amendments to the standard terms of the crime contract. These take effect from 1st April 2013 and apply to holders of the following contracts:

  • Crime
  • Mental health
  • Public law
  • Actions against the police etc
  • Community care
  • Clinical negligence

The LSC have also extended these civil contracts to 31st March 2014.

There will be further amendments to the crime contract specification to come; but the necessary regulations have yet to be laid in Parliament so these amendments are not expected to take effect before the end of April 2013.

Family, immigration and housing providers will operate under the 2013 contracts, which run for three years until 31st March 2016.
