One question that has not been answered yet is whether matter starts for the new Help with Family Mediation level of service are included in the tender.
On one hand, as they are defined as Controlled Work in the LASPO Act, it would seem they should be.
On the other, the numbers of NMS in procurement areas are so low, it appears that they cannot have been included.
Hopefully someone will ask the question!
Someone did ask – see question 36 of the FAQs published today http://www.legalservices.gov.uk/civil/tendering/13719.asp. Matter starts for Help with Mediation should be included in the bid. As you say, this makes the allocations even lower.
