Procurement plans published

The LSC have published the procurement plans for family, housing and immigration face to face contracts.

The plans set out how many matter starts will be available to tender for in each procurement area, and how many providers there are currently in the area. Remember that matters will be allocated on a non-competitive basis, so anyone who meets the quality threshold (and passed the PQQ) will be awarded a contract. Matters will be allocated in three lots; the lot sizes will not be confirmed until the ITT opens in the week beginning 10th September.
