New family contracts – key documents

Tomorrow, 1st February, is the start date for new contracts for family and housing with family practitioners.

The new contract rules, including 10% fee cuts, apply to all cases where a Legal Help form is signed after today, or where  a certificate application is signed by the client after today or received by the LSC after 7th February (see para 1.55 of the specification).
