Tomorrow, 1st February, is the start date for new contracts for family and housing with family practitioners.
The new contract rules, including 10% fee cuts, apply to all cases where a Legal Help form is signed after today, or where a certificate application is signed by the client after today or received by the LSC after 7th February (see para 1.55 of the specification).
These are the key documents, besides your own schedule, that you will need to be familiar with:
- The standard terms
- The general specification
- The family specification
- The housing specification
- The payment annex
