Bids must be submitted through the LSC’s e-tendering portal. Questions about the process can also be submitted through the portal, before noon on 19th September. An FAQ will be published on 23rd September.
Practitioners are reminded that tenders close at noon on 3rd October 2011. Given that there were problems with the tendering portal last time – a number of firms reported that they submitted properly completed tenders which the LSC said were blank, and contracts were lost as a result – and that the LSC will not allow amendments after the deadline, we strongly advise that you do not leave submission of your tender to the last minute and do carefully check it before submission and check the submission report.
